- Downstairs: Lounge/diner, Woodburner available. Kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, Bedroom 3 has bunk beds.
- Outside: Patio area with furniture. Parking (2).
- Other: oil-fired central heating, Bedding, Bed linen and Towels are provided for all bookings. Enough logs for the wood burner, kindling and fire lighters are provided to start you off and more can be purchased locally if required. One dog welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Prices inclusive of electricity, linen and central heating range from £725 – £1415 per week, depending on the time of year.

Robins Nest is situated just off a quiet leafy lane in wooded countryside with extensive country walks on the edge of the Isle of Purbeck and adjacent to Bulbury Golf Course, which is open to the public.
A new barn conversion, Robins Nest has been finished to a high standard. The expansive lounge diner is ideal for family groups and the wonderful wood burner a real treat on those winter evenings. Close to the village of Lytchett Matravers it is a short car journey to Swanage and the Heritage coastline with local attractions including Monkey World, Steam Fair at Tarrant Hinton, Tank Museum, Farmer Palmers and historic Count town of Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s Casterbridge. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge/diner with feature wood burner. Through to a modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. The very spacious bathroom has the added bonus of a separate shower cubicle. Off the lounge you can find the three bedrooms. One double, one twin and one bunk bedded (adult size). The Patio area can be accessed from either the kitchen or the lounge, where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a beautiful summer’s evening.
