Robins Nest is situated just off a quiet leafy lane in wooded countryside with extensive country walks on the edge of the Isle of Purbeck and adjacent to Bulbury Golf Course, which is open to the public.
A barn conversion, Robins Nest has been finished to a high standard. The expansive lounge diner is ideal for family groups and the wonderful woodburner is a real treat on those winter evenings. Close to the village of Lytchett Matravers it is only a short car journey to the many Dorset beauty spots including Kimmeridge, Swanage and the Heritage coastline. There are a great many local attractions including Monkey World, Steam Fair at Tarrant Hinton, Bovington tank Museum, Farmer Palmers and historic County town of Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s Casterbridge. Entrance into the kitchen which has oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a large open plan lounge diner with a Smart TV, DVD player and feature woodburner. The bathroom has the added bonus of both a bath and separate shower. Off the lounge you can find the three bedrooms. One double, one twin and one bunk bedded. The twin beds can be a Superking on request. Oil-fired central heating. Parking spaces. All bed linen and towels are provided for all booking. Your pets are welcome.
The Enclosed patio area can be accessed from either the kitchen or the lounge, where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a beautiful summer’s evening.

- Downstairs: Lounge diner with woodburner and Smart TV. Kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds or this can be converted into a Superking bed on request. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds.
- Outside: Enclosed patio area with table and chairs. Parking spaces.
- Other: Oil-fired central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided for all bookings. Enough logs are provided to start you off and more can be purchased locally if required. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please check early for availability. Your pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Prices inclusive of electricity, bed linen and central heating from £600 depending on the time of year.
