Holly Hedge Farm Cottages

A choice of 4 cottages

Escape to the comfort and tranquility of Holly Hedge Farm

Unwind and escape to Dorset’s beautiful Jurassic Coastline.

We have four well equipped, self-contained cottages to choose from.

If you’re an early riser you can watch the beautiful sunrise and you may even be lucky enough to see the deer grazing in the fields some mornings.

Situated next door to Bulbury Woods golf course, there is the opportunity to get some rounds in before lunch.

Relax and unwind at Holly Hedge Farm

Picture yourself surrounded by woodland at this peaceful location. Holly Hedge Farm is perfect for relaxing and listening to the birds while sitting on the patio enjoying your morning coffee.

If you’re looking for a holiday as a couple, a family or with a group of friends, look no further.

Holly Hedge Farm is the ideal base as it is a peaceful location but it is also close to many of Dorsets popular attractions.

Sunrise across the Holly Hedge Horizon

Watch the morning sunrise unfold above the tree lined horizon.

The sunrise is one of lifes true beauties happening before the world wakes up.

Sit back with your morning coffee, listening to the birds sing as the sunrise marks the beginning of a brand new day, giving us lots of new hopes and wishes.

 Pet Friendly

Your well behaved pets are welcome to stay with you in any of our cottages at no additional cost.

All Dogs, without exception, are required to be on a lead at all times when walking around the site. This is for the comfort and safety of all our guests and animals.

There are plenty of dog friendly walks, beaches and attractions for you all to visit.

Holly Hedge Donkeys

We have 2 friendly playful donkeys on site, their names are Bubble and Mikey. Bubble was born in July 2003 and Mikey was born January 2016.

Mikey is the darker of the 2 and he joined us at Holly Hedge Farm in August 2023. He settled in quickly and Bubbles and Mikey have become firm friends. They can often be seen playing together,

They are always pleased to see you and are very happy for you to give them a stroke. We do ask that you don’t feed them as some foods can be toxic to donkeys.

Holly Hedge Chickens

We have 10 happy chickens living on site.

They are retired commercial chickens, now living their best life.

They have lots of room to run around and lots of toys to keep them entertained. You may find some of their fresh eggs in your cottage kitchen when you arrive.

Special Occasion

If you’re celebrating or it is a special occasion, drop us an email to let us know as we are happy to assist you with any special requests, either ahead of your arrival or during your stay.

Springtime at Holly Hedge Farm

Around the end of March each year, baby ducks can be seen following Mum around the fields looking for food.

Canada Geese also join us on the farm each year in the spring.

Avoid the busy travel days. Check in any day of the week.
